4 Reasons Cutting Your Hair For Summer Is A Good Idea

I recently cut six inches off of my hair, and at first, I was skeptical of how short it was. Now I've cut my hair short before, but this time, I believe it's the shortest it's ever been. I have grown to actually love how my hair is, and I am glad I did it at the beginning of my summer break. Here's why I think cutting your hair for summer is a good idea:

1. It's a fresh start...literally

Cutting your hair gives you and your hair a fresh start. You are transformed, and your hair is healthier than ever!

2. Try new hairstyles

This gives you an opportunity to try the whole new world of hair-styling that just opened it. Have fun with it!

3. It keeps you cooler

The summer is hot, and generally the shorter your hair is, the cooler you will be. I know this from personal experience that I have been a tad bit cooler when my hair is shorter. Every little bit counts, right?

4. No school

And if for some reason you don't like you new haircut, you don't have to worry about everyone seeing it at school since it's summer.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.
