Why Baltimore Is Different & Special

Before Loyola, I never really heard much about Baltimore. It just fell under the category of "oh, just some city." Because against NYC, what does it have? What makes it special? What makes it different? But, my time at Loyola answered those questions. Exploring the city, I realized how special it is. How different and unique it is. I'm happy to call this special city my home. Because it's not "just another city.

Coffeeshops

    1. An atmosphere I fell in love with in Baltimore. And there are so many #loveit. Each one is so different, offering a different feeling when you go. Oh, and the coffee is just, just incredible.

Papermoon Diner

    2. This place is great. A place you won't find outside of Baltimore. It's exquisite. And the decorations? They're super weird but I love it. The perfect spot to get a breakfast for dinner. #ThoseWafflesThough.

Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here. Around the town, there are some just some landmarks and places that only the people of Hauppauge will ever understand the importance or even the annoyance of.
