Fall is OFFICIALLY here! Time to break out all the pumpkin stuff!
I love the fall and the comfort that comes along with it. From comfy sweaters to the changing of colors to crisp air and to all of the yummy foods.
One of the reasons that I love fall is because of all the pumpkin treats that come out. I am obsessed with pretty much everything and anything pumpkin. Here are some recipes of ones that I love and some that I still want to try!
Pumpkin Dip
Pumpkin dip is such an easy dessert that takes about a max of 10 minutes to make. It's super simple and a light dessert that will not leave you feeling bloated. This recipe only takes cool whip, vanilla pudding, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. All you have to do it mix it together and waaaalaaaa! Refrigerate it for a bit and it is ready to eat! Gingersnaps, cinnamon graham crackers, and nilla wafers make for some of the best dippers.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
This cookies are soft, chewy, and yummy. I love the addition of chocolate in there, but it does not necessarily have to have the chocolate. This recipe is rather simple as well. It is basically like your making chocolate chip cookies, but add in the pumpkin and you got your pumpkin cookies! Be sure to follow the recipe so that they are soft and chewy just like these ones pictured below!

Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars
This is one of the treats that I have not made yet, but have recently pinned to my Pinterest board. If you love pumpkin and cheesecake then I'm sure that this will be a game-changer. There are three layers to this yummy dessert: a graham cracker layer, a pumpkin layer, and the cheesecake swirl at the top. You can use graham cracker or gingersnap crumbs, whichever you choose. This dessert does take longer as it must have enough time in the refrigerator to cool, however I'm pretty sure they would be worth the wait.

Healthy Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
This would be another recipe that I have yet to try, but definitely want to because I love looking for healthy options anywhere that I can find them. This has around 200 calories in a loaf of bread and it is a rather simple recipe. What makes in healthy is the use of wheat flour and oat flour in place of the typical all-purpose white flour. This recipe includes greek yogurt, which will add some protein to the bread and some extra flavor. Also, using dark chocolate chips makes it slightly healthier as well. There are several spices included, adding lots of flavor and taste to this bread making it a healthy and tasty treat!
