1. Taking a nap.

If you have a lot on your mind and can't focus on a set idea, take a short nap to destress and wake up refreshed to think of something.

2. Ask others for ideas and insight.

If you're feeling lost, ask those around you for ideas on what to write about or if you have some sort of an idea, they can give you feedback or help you condense your ideas.

3. Listen to music.

If you listen carefully to a song and its lyrics, ideas can come through. You can always even get ideas from the artists, albums, specific songs, etc.

4. Make a list of whatever comes to mind.

Lists are always fun. It allows you to write down things that stand out to you and have some sort of meaning in your everyday life.

Stalk the Kardashian/Jenner clan or roam through your feed and see what ideas come to mind as you scroll and like. Social media has so much information that can be beneficial in helping you form ideas.

The news is filled with so much content you can write about and give your own opinion and insight about. Whether its good news or bad news, there's so much in that realm.

You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
