Inspiration is everywhere, you'll find your writing groove quickly.
1. Taking a nap.
If you have a lot on your mind and can't focus on a set idea, take a short nap to destress and wake up refreshed to think of something.
2. Ask others for ideas and insight.
If you're feeling lost, ask those around you for ideas on what to write about or if you have some sort of an idea, they can give you feedback or help you condense your ideas.
3. Listen to music.
If you listen carefully to a song and its lyrics, ideas can come through. You can always even get ideas from the artists, albums, specific songs, etc.
4. Make a list of whatever comes to mind.
Lists are always fun. It allows you to write down things that stand out to you and have some sort of meaning in your everyday life.
5. Look on social media.
Stalk the Kardashian/Jenner clan or roam through your feed and see what ideas come to mind as you scroll and like. Social media has so much information that can be beneficial in helping you form ideas.
6. Look through your camera roll.
Look back at your selfies, videos of events you've been too, screenshots of old conversations... they can hold so much information and can be the reason for a killer writing piece!
7. Go outside.
Ah the outside, it's filled with so many things that we never really stop and take into account. Being mindful of what is out in the world surrounding you can help generate inspiration in ways you never thought were possible.
8. Look at the news.
The news is filled with so much content you can write about and give your own opinion and insight about. Whether its good news or bad news, there's so much in that realm.
9. Binge watch a show.

Getting those endorphins up and running and your blood pumping through out your whole body, you will have the energy to have your brain flow out ideas.
11. Eat a nice meal.
Eating does the soul good. If your soul is happy, then your mind is too.
12. Organize your room.
Sometimes cleaning messes around us will also help distract us from our mess in our mind. Once everything is clean, we can focus on writing.
13. Read a book.
Reading a book can also help us get inspiration from what the author is telling. Reading helps stimulate brain activity so paying attention to what we think of the book can help with building ideas.
14. Go shopping.
Retail therapy to distract? Yes. Paying attention to our consumerism can be an idea for something to write about.
15. Think about old memories you may have.
Yes, write about things that you've experienced, things you like to remember, etc. The possibilities are endless.
