Every year I make the same resolution as the year before. I make a conscious effort through January and sometimes February, and when March rolls around I've fallen off the wagon. Most adults choose to get in shape and I'm not any different but the truth is, I like pizza and beer (A LOT) and toning up isn't enough of a priority for me to make time for the gym. I've decided that this year will be different. I'm going to pick a resolution that I will actually want to accomplish. If you're still deciding or haven't even begun to think about it yet, I have compiled a list of new year resolutions for you to pick from that will keep your on your toes all year long.
