HGTV's "Fixer Upper" is such an amazing show. It follows the house flipping experts, married couple Chip and Joanna Gaines on their adventures with couples in and around Waco, TX. Chip and Joanna have become a household name due to the success of their show. Everyone has become obsessed with the Magnolia brand, the name of Chip and Joanna's farm and their business. I've always loved home remodel shows, from "Property Brothers," to "Love it or List it," to "Flip or Flop," but "Fixer Upper" is definitely my favorite. I not only love the remodel and design aspects of the show, I love the amazing dynamic between Chip and Joanna. Even if you have only seen one episode, you can definitely relate to these thoughts you have while watching "Fixer Upper."

1. Their kids are freaking adorable.

2. I love when the kids “help” decorate with mom.

3. Chip and Joanna’s farm is absolutely gorgeous.

4. Like I need to buy a farm with 1 million animals.

5. Why does Chip have such an animal obsession? I’m not mad about it I’m jealous. I need 20 chickens and 30 goats.

6. Does every house in Waco have 4 acres?

7. Why is Waco, TX so cheap??

8. Like you can get a 4 bedroom, 3-bathroom house with a wrap-around porch and full open-concept kitchen and living area for $90,000.

9. I need to move to Waco.

10. Every couple on this show is adorable and loves each other as much as Chip and Joanna do.

11. #GOALS

12. Why is their always sweet treats when Joanna talks to the couples about additions they can do to the house?

13. Again, Chip and Joanna’s house is perfect.

14. I love when Chip reminisces to his glory days.

15. “Ahh the 80’s” *salutes*

16. Chips belly is a work of art.

17. It really needs a show of its own.

18. Joanna is the sweetest, Godliest woman.

19. Those huge house canvases in front of the new house are amazing.

20. They really know how to do a renovation on a budget.

21. It must be all the reclaimed wood Joanna uses.

22. Joanna REALLY LOVES shiplap.

23. I need a farmhouse sink.

24. Their interview segments make me happy.

25. All Chip does is make jokes.

26. I can’t believe Chip just did that...

27. Joanna loves him for doing those things though.

28. I can only pray I have a marriage as good as theirs.

29. I need to visit their shop. Like now.

30.I’m booking a trip to Waco.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
