Every once in a while, we all think that the world is crashing down around us, and we don’t know how to stop it. A great way to organize some of the chaos in your life, and helps to relax you when you see the things you need to get done laid out in front of you.
4. Call a friend
A good way to catch up with someone you haven’t seen recently, and to bounce ideas and thoughts off of, and hopefully they can make you laugh!
