If you're a college student like I am then you're sitting there thinking how great college is (or maybe not, homework is hard and you're probably procrastinating some essay you should be writing. But college has all these expectations built up around it and then suddenly its over! As a junior I'm already freaked out about what comes next. I can barely get a job for the summer how am I supposed to get a job for my LIFE?! So if you're out there freaking out, just know you're not alone. And that this list will probably not make you feel better.

1. College is basically camp.

2. I don't have to cook all the time and I won't starve.

3. I have so few responsibilities its ridiculous.

4. All I have to do is go to class and learn.

5. Sure I have a campus job but even that is nothing compared to the "real world."

6. Lets talk about the "real world" shall we.

7. It's SCARY out there.

8. You have to get a job.

9. A real job.

10. That can support you.

11. And your family...?! At some point.

12. People expect you to do more than go to class and learn.

13. Your friends don't live next door.

14. Your friends don't live in the same town.

15. Or city.

16. Or country!

17. Wait who thought college was a good idea?

18. I know its an immense privilege.

19. But damn it's scary out there.

20. In the "real world" you have to show up every day.

21. Be a functioning self-sufficient human.

22. On your own!

23. WTF?!

25. College is basically camp. And the real world is NOT.

26. What even is the "real world."

27. I don't think its like that reality show.

28. Wow I hope it isn't like that reality show.

30. Now I'm just more scared of graduating. And I'm only a junior.
