30 Sets of TV Stars that Should Definitely Work Together.

Pick a show. Any show. There's probably about 100 swimming around in your head right now due to this wild age of streaming & the fact that we are stuck in our houses for the foreseeable future. Take the star of that glorious show and just revel in how good they are in the part they play. Now, cry, because I'm about to mush them together with another TV star and ruin the sanctity of TV. All in a day's work...

Kaitlyn Dever (Last seen on Unreal on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/GoldDerby/status/1197590821085876231/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Joey King (Last seen on The Act on Hulu)

My reasoning: What these two lack in age, they make up for in experience and talent, as they both have given emotionally heavy performances in the past year and would be absolutely dynamite in a series together.

Ben Platt (Last seen on The Politician on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/NetflixUK/status/1179715770701565953/photo/2

Dream Co-star:Darren Criss (Last seen on The Assassination of Gianni Versace on FX)

My reasoning: These two both have the voice of an angel and would be killer in a musical show.

Emma Mackey (Last seen on Sex Education on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/StylistMagazine/status/1214645641063874562/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Jacob Elordi (Last seen on Euphoria on HBO)

My reasoning: Both known for being on provocative teen shows that definitely push the envelope, these two have the fun accents and boatloads of talent to work together in the future.

Billy Porter (Last seen on Pose on FX)

https://twitter.com/HelloBeautiful/status/1221898806989443072/photo/2

Dream Co-star:Brett Gray (Last seen on On My Block on Netflix)

My reasoning: Although this might seem like an odd pairing, I could just see it working. Porter's persona matched with Gray's comedic chops & sass (his acting has carried the past 3 seasons of his show) would be perfection, and the first idea coming to mind is about a college boy discovering that his long-lost father is a drag queen who teaches him life lessons and a few moves.

Katherine Newton (Last seen on The Society on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/Variety/status/1228017971215261697/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Lili Reinhart (Last seen on Riverdale on The CW)

My reasoning: These two blondes give me sister vibes for some reason, and I like the idea of them in a dramatic show together- maybe about siblings coming together to grieve a loss of a parent or something like that.

Andy Samberg (Last seen on Brooklyn Nine Nine on NBC)

https://twitter.com/TeamID/status/1230937400399912960/photo/4

Dream Co-star: Paul Rudd (Last seen on Living With Yourself on Netflix)

My reasoning: Basically ageless, neither of these two actors seemed to have gained a wrinkle in the past 15 years, and they can use that magic to make a show full of laughs.

Danielle Rose Russell (Last seen on Legacies on The CW)

https://twitter.com/NKDmag/status/1069607186605600769/photo/1

The Co-star:Charlie Plummer (Last seen on Looking for Alaska on Hulu)

My reasoning: Two up and coming young actors like these two could definitely act great together. I'm thinking a drama with either a paranormal twist or set in a different decade.

Logan Lerman (Hunters on Amazon Prime)

https://twitter.com/fox5dc/status/755407355777605632/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Emma Roberts (Last seen on American Horror Story on FX)

My reasoning: Whether these two actors first stole your hearts in Perks of Being a Wallflower or Unfabulous, or you've just learned of them in their recent work, they could be a deadly combo in some type of biographical show.

Jennifer Aniston (Last seen on The Morning Show on Apple TV+)

https://twitter.com/DEADLINE/status/1219474722674470912/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Nicole Kidman (Last seen on Big Little Lies on HBO)

My reasoning: Two names that need no introduction, I'm shocked that these two haven't worked together yet, and they should get on that stat.

Dacre Montgomery (Last seen on Stranger Things on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/dacremontgomery/status/1208194689213448192/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Elizabeth Gillies (Last seen on Dynasty on The CW)

My reasoning: The roles these actors have most recently starred in have them both rocking awesome hair and lots of take no bullshoot attitude, so I think that they would match up very nicely.

Reese Witherspoon (Last seen on Little Fires Everywhere on Hulu)

https://twitter.com/ReeseW/status/1217484551687028736/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Kirsten Dunst (Last seen on On Becoming a God in Central Florida on Showtime)

My reasoning: Witherspoon has been all over television the past couple years and gives a stellar performance each turn. Lots of big stars often tag along with her in these projects, so I think that Dunst would be an obvious next choice.

Bill Hader (Last seen on Barry on HBO)

https://twitter.com/TheEricGoldman/status/1211502776439595009/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Phoebe Waller-Bridge (Last seen on Fleabag on Amazon Prime)

My reasoning: During award season, two of the shows receiving the most attention in the comedy category are headlined by these two humorous standouts, so it would only be logical that they work together eventually.

Kerry Washington (Last seen on Little Fires Everywhere on Hulu)

https://twitter.com/kerrywashington/status/1229949696472309760/photo/1

Dream Co-star: January Jones (Last seen on Spinning Out on Netflix)

My reasoning: Witherspoon's most recent co-star has most definitely proven herself as a star in the past decade, and I'm ready for her to tackle another gritty drama series this time with the very talented Jones at her side.

Milo Ventimiglia (Last seen on This Is Us on NBC)

https://twitter.com/accessonline/status/1081203601836593152/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Sam Heughan (Last seen on Outlander on Starz)

My reasoning: Not to be objectifying to people's bodies, but these two beefcakes could surely headline the next big action show on television.

Sandra Oh (Last seen on Killing Eve on BBC America)

https://twitter.com/enews/status/1082082959656714241/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Kit Harrington (Last seen on Game of Thrones on HBO)

My reasoning: Don't ask me how I came up with this pairing, but all I'm saying is both Oh and Harrington starred in very well-known shows of the past couple years and would match up well in maybe some type of legal drama.

Penn Badgley (Last seen on You on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/Brocklesnitch/status/1211636290283720704/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Zoë Kravitz (Last seen on High Fidelity on Hulu)

My reasoning: Something about this matchup just makes sense, IDK. *shrug emoji*

Yara Shahidi (Last seen on Grown-ish on Freeform)

https://twitter.com/ArcLightCinemas/status/1129824484154925056/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Jharrel Jerome (When They See Us on Netflix)

My reasoning: I think the important topics discussed in the book The Hate U Give could transfer easily into a tv show, and I'm here for seeing these two successful young stars step into those roles.

Charles Melton (Last seen on Riverdale on The CW)

https://twitter.com/GQMagazine/status/1129058970533072897/photo/4

Dream Co-star:Randall Park (Last seen on Fresh Off the Boat on ABC)

My reasoning: The concept of this show struck me across the face. So here me out- Melton stars as a rising movie star and model living in Hollywood until his down-on-his-luck and completely opposite father played by Park has to come to live with him. Boom comedy gold.

D' Arcy Carden (Last seen on The Good Place on NBC)

https://twitter.com/NetflixUK/status/1123927502689378304/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Nico Santos (Last seen on Superstore on NBC)

My reasoning: Both these actors are known for stealing every scene they're in of their respective shows, so them coming together would be brilliant.

Jack Quaid (Last seen on The Boys on Amazon Prime)

https://twitter.com/decider/status/1154447661916803072/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Lucy Hale (Last seen on Katy Keene on The CW)

My reasoning: I really don't know where these show ideas are coming from, but with these two, I'm picturing newlyweds trying to take over the family business of like a bakery or something, and hijinks ensue.

Kiernan Shipka (Last seen on The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/DenofGeekUS/status/1113074547245318145/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Sophia Lillis (Last seen on I Am Not Okay With This on Netflix)

My reasoning: "Sisters, sisters. There were never such devoted sisters." Come on you could totally see them acting together as siblings in something.

Griffin Gluck (Last seen on Locke & Key on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/decider/status/1239609996012380162/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Grant Gustin (Last seen on The Flash on The CW)

My reasoning: Staying on the sibling train, there is sort of a resemblance between these actors, and I would love to see that on screen.

Regina King (Last seen on Watchmen on HBO)

https://twitter.com/ReginaKing/status/1184158704087617536/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Olivia Colman (Last seen on The Crown on Netflix)

My reasoning: Hi, two Oscar winners together just seems like a no-brainer.

Jason Bateman (Last seen on Ozark on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/batemanjason/status/1092085526063005696/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Michelle Williams (Last seen Fosse/Verdon on FX)

My reasoning: Both of these actors have found success on both the movie and tv screen, so they would definitely by association find success starring in something side by side.

Rita Moreno (Last seen on One Day at a Time on Pop)

https://twitter.com/TheRitaMoreno/status/1022153396579643393/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Jane Fonda (Last seen on Grace & Frankie on Netflix)

My reasoning:One word- LEGENDS.

Iain Armitage (Last seen on Young Sheldon on CBS)

https://twitter.com/IainLoveTheatre/status/1187389355716833281/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Alyvia Alyn Lind (Last seen on Daybreak on Netflix)

My reasoning: They might be small in stature, but these young stars make a big splash in the shows they star in, so why the heck not?

Alex Borstein (Last seen on The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime)

https://twitter.com/atzuniga/status/1204746567217008640/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Andre Braugher (Last seen on Brooklyn Nine Nine on NBC)

My reasoning: Not many actors have as many hilarious one-liners as these two, so lets bring them together for double the laughs.

Aiden Gallagher (Last seen on Umbrella Academy on Netflix)

https://twitter.com/AidanRGallagher/status/1232753440121425921/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Sadie Sink (Last seen on Stranger Things on Netflix)

My reasoning: Netflix better get on this and make a show with these talented teens.

Sutton Foster (Last seen on Younger on TV Land)

https://twitter.com/TVLine/status/1189288252441800711/photo/1

Dream Co-star:Meghann Fahy (Last seen on The Bold Type on Freeform)

My reasoning: This one might seem weird, but Fahy plays a character named Sutton on her show, so that's how I made the connection. That's all I really got though, folks.

Joshua Bassett (Last seen on High School Musical: The Musical: The Series on Disney+)

https://twitter.com/radiodisney/status/1217157180765491208/photo/1

Dream Co-star: Isabel May (Last seen on Alexa & Katie on Netflix)

My reasoning: This pairing would be *chef's kiss*, and if you haven't watched Alexa & Katie on Netflix yet, then what are you doing with your life?

28 Daily Thoughts of College Students

"I want to thank Google, Wikipedia, and whoever else invented copy and paste. Thank you."

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate

"A Christmas Story" is the star on top of the tree.

The Great Christmas Movie Debate
Mental Floss

One staple of the Christmas season is sitting around the television watching a Christmas movie with family and friends. But of the seemingly hundreds of movies, which one is the star on the tree? Some share stories of Santa to children ("Santa Claus Is Coming to Town"), others want to spread the Christmas joy to adults ("It's a Wonderful Life"), and a select few are made to get laughs ("Elf"). All good movies, but merely ornaments on the Christmas tree of the best movies. What tops the tree is a movie that bridges the gap between these three movies, and makes it a great watch for anyone who chooses to watch it. Enter the timeless Christmas classic, "A Christmas Story." Created in 1983, this movie holds the tradition of capturing both young and old eyes for 24 straight hours on its Christmas Day marathon. It gets the most coverage out of all holiday movies, but the sheer amount of times it's on television does not make it the greatest. Why is it,
then? A Christmas Story does not try to tell the tale of a Christmas miracle or use Christmas magic to move the story. What it does do though is tell the real story of Christmas. It is relatable and brings out the unmatched excitement of children on Christmas in everyone who watches. Every one becomes a child again when they watch "A Christmas Story."

Christmas tree
Librarian Lavender

It's the most wonderful time of the year! Christmas is one of my personal favorite holidays because of the Christmas traditions my family upholds generation after generation. After talking to a few of my friends at college, I realized that a lot of them don't really have "Christmas traditions" in their family, and I want to help change that. Here's a list of Christmas traditions that my family does, and anyone can incorporate into their family as well!

May the odds be ever in your favor.

Does anybody know how to study

It’s here; that time of year when college students turn into preschoolers again. We cry for our mothers, eat everything in sight, and whine when we don’t get our way. It’s finals, the dreaded time of the semester when we all realize we should have been paying attention in class instead of literally doing anything else but that. Everyone has to take them, and yes, unfortunately, they are inevitable. But just because they are here and inevitable does not mean they’re peaches and cream and full of rainbows. Surviving them is a must, and the following five phases are a reality for all majors from business to art, nursing to history.
