We all know that as soon as we get out of high school, we aren’t fully prepared to live on our own quite yet, so I’ve come up with some questions that I think we should ask before we can fully become adults. Now, I’m not saying that I’m clueless about everything that’s on the list, but knowing the answers to these questions could be very helpful later.
- What is a mortgage?
- How much do cars cost?
- How much does insurance cost?
- How do I do my taxes?
- How do I install my TV stand?
- What are the differences between screwdrivers?
- How do I make coffee?
- What does this switch by the sink do?
- How much laundry soap do I use?
- How much does my cell phone plan cost?
- How much should I tip our waiter/waitress?
- How do I pay my bills?
- What does a credit card do to my credit score?
- What’s that funky noise my car is making?
- Should I get a roommate?
- Can I live off of ramen noodles?
- When should I buy new clothes?
- Should I buy this new purse?
- Should I buy this new tie?
- When should I mow my yard?
- How often do I need a new toothbrush?
- When should I buy a new laptop?
- Should I spend my money on this?
- Should I trust eBay?
- I should bring a jacket, right?
- What does APR mean?
- How often do I need a new license plate?
- How long are eggs good after the date listed on the package?

Hopefully after these questions, you’ll find which ones you don’t know the answers to, and find those answers. And I expect that you’ll be better off in life with these questioned fulfilled.
