A 30-day workout is available to the world through apps on phones and by other means. I chose the phone route. Well, that was the beginning of an amazing process.
You can go on youtube and look at all the “progress" that people go through and I'm going to tell you straight up, that those are unrealistic! BUT, it does not mean it is not worth it.
You see, people have this weird way of thinking where they believe results are instant. You will not get your desired body within such a short amount of time. Just like how the world works, you have to work hard to achieve whatever goal you set. That can be for exercise, work, projects, school, and etcetera. Nothing in life comes easy.
Here's how it worked for me.
The app allowed me to choose beginner levels one and two but also allows a build up to intermediate levels. I chose beginner level two. It starts off easy enough and you think it won't take too long. Then, it gets harder and consumes some more time (not any unreasonable amounts). I kept going.
My best choice I made was taking a picture of my starting body. It is often hard to notice small changes and if you see them in a picture, then it will serve as something very rewarding and will push you to move forward.
So now, you're on day 20, and you have to keep going because you're almost done.
You get to day 30, and then you're like...wait that's it? Am I done?
No.
You keep going. You choose the next level up and you feel yourself getting stronger.
Then you take another picture. That is when you see results, even in the smallest forms. It won't be so much on the scale, but you will FEEL it and SEE it.
This will all make you want to continue and sooner or later, you have something that was a “challenge," suddenly become your routine.
I have debunked the myths and have proven that it actually works!
People must also consider other factors, such as if people are doing cardio at the same time and or have a regular exercise regimen. But overall, this little something does a whole lot for your body and yourself.
Try it out if you don't believe me.
