So Halloween is out the way, it is time for the Holidays. Bet you spent a few months maybe more on getting into that sexy costume for Halloween. Well know with Thanksgiving right around the corner, we all are going to be tempted with pies, sweet yams, Mac& cheese, ham, stuffing, oh my should I keep going, I really could especially when you're at your grandma's or mom's house who can get down on cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

Don't fall off of your routine. Taking so long to get your routine down for success should not be tainted with the itis or better known as the slump over full feeling with eating all of the excellent food coming and intended as always each holiday year. Staying active keeps the other extra pounds off and reduces the bloat that occurs with all that good food.
Choose Smaller Portions
So with staying active, a best practice, to begin with, is by choosing smaller portions of your good food. Better options to select smaller portions is a great way to keep those calories down. Picking a smaller portion will still allow you to get the taste of your favorite dish without all of the extra calories
Just Some Foods To Avoid ~Nasty Taste & Bad for you
So some foods we might want to avoid are those foods with inevitable effects to plain avoid. While containing your weight and avoiding extra calories is genuinely based on self-control, I want to put those foods out there to avoid this year.
So, first, some of you guys are not going to like me for this but leave the chitterlings off of your plate no matter what. So I don't even know what this food is made up of from the pig but please to avoid and respect others and yourself with smell and taste, please leave this chitterlings off of your plate. Ham yes ham is so good but too much salt can cause hypertension and lead to heart conditions. So this will also be a lesson and challenge of self-control for me, so I challenge everyone to join me to keep those additional calories and dissatisfying foods away. Let's Do This!
