NMD's are the perfect shoe for almost everything. Not only do they come in so many colors ways and size ranges, they are sooo comfortable. I wear my NMD's for walking, running, lifting, HIIT workouts or even for everyday wear. I once wore them on a vacation that I walked 10 miles in and got 0 blisters. I also always get compliments on my NMDs whenever I wear them somewhere.
