5 Reasons The Houston Rodeo is A Must

2017 is here and some Houstonians are getting excited for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. All the fun events, concerts, rides and food to try. Here are a few things to add to your bucket list for the Rodeo this year.

1. The concerts are awesome.

Whether you like country or enjoy seeing the animals, attending the concerts is one of the biggest experiences of the Rodeo.

2. If you love food, you love the rodeo.

Literally, all the food you can think of ... funnel cakes, turkey leg, and all the treats especially those that are fried.

3. Oh, and there's an entire carnival with rides, too.

Having fun and going on insane rides, but make sure you do that before you try all the food.

4. You won't feel like a pretender wearing your cowboy boots.

You can finally wear your cowboy boots and feel a part of the crowd.

5. There's a ton of shopping.

They offer many and many shopping stores with cute designs and opportunities to purchase animals for the farm.

2. Oh crap, that's due TODAY?!

5. How much does my teacher even get paid?

7. This is the longest 50 minutes of my life.

8. Maybe if I call mom, she'll give me money.

9. How much do street performers make anyway?

10. Why am I here? I could be a street performer by now.

11. Oh right, I'm not talented.
