1. More Time To Get Stuff Done

Getting up early means more time to get that homework out of the way, relax before everyone else gets up and starts their day and time to get all that stuff you hate to do done so it doesn’t take up time from your day later on.

AKA more time to be a neat freak like Monica


2. Morning Workouts

Working out in the morning is the best way to wake up, besides coffee, it gets your body and mind awake. It also makes it so you do not have to plan your day around going to the gym or squeezing a workout in between classes.

You May Not Kill It Like This Guy but It’s Worth The Effort

3. Makes It Easier To Get Sleep

I have found since waking up earlier I sleep like a baby. I get sleep so easily now and its great. I used to be a very restless sleeper but I am now so tired at the end of the day I knock right out.
