We've all heard the New Years Resolutions: "Oh I'll lose 35 pounds this year", "Oh I'm gonna read a bazillion books this year", "Oh I'm gonna be less stressed." While there are numerous amounts who do actually complete these resolutions, there are definitely countless more who kinda just let them go(wow that was much more cynical sounding than I intended). But never to fear here's a few New Year's Resolutions that you're sure to keep up with!

1. Binge watch a couple of extra series on Netflix

We've all had those days, or weeks...or months.... anyways, we've all had that small time frame of where we just don't care about the world. We have a bunch of stuff we SHOULD do, but instead why not treat yourself to some "Stranger Things?" Finish watching "Grey's Anatomy" for the 13th time. Go ahead and start watching that pointless documentary. Reclaim YOUR time.

2. Sleep

Sleep is something that the vast majority of us don't get enough sleep. Let's fix that, shall we? Got an eight-page paper due Friday? Well, it's Monday, take that nap. Have a project due Wednesday at noon? It's only 4 pm the day before, take that nap. Test at 9 am? You guessed it, can't study on a fried brain now.

3. Have Fun

It's a Thursday evening, you've done all your work for the week, what's the point in you just lounging around, go out and have fun! You see that person you've had your eye on for a bit, ask them out. You have concert tickets for your favorite artist but it's on a Tuesday night? Go! You only have one life, live it with the people you want in it while doing the things you want to do.

Sorority
Rebekah Lee

I remember my freshman year oh so well. I remember feeling terrified the night before orientation. The one thing that I dreaded the most was not the new people, the new environment, or even the academic pressure. I was dreading having to talk to sorority girls about Recruitment. I remember cutting off and avoiding any Rho Gamma/Panhellenic Officer that came my way during First Week. I looked at them like they had asked me to cut my arm off whenever they asked me if I wanted to rush. To be honest, I did not even know what rush was, but I knew that I did NOT want to be a part of it. To me, it was dumb. It was a waste of money. It was a waste of my time.

And guess what? I did not rush my freshman year. I spent the first half of my freshman year isolating myself from everyone on campus. I spent all of my time in the library, and then (since I was a commuter) went back home once my work was finished.

Tiana would no doubt be disappointed in the food our cafeteria has to offer.

And hopefully she would cook for everyone in her dorm.

She definitley would not take any 8:00 am classes because she would be up late baking and cleaning up the communal kitchen that are available in every dorm.
