Live in an apartment or a dorm with a kitchen? Feel like cooking something but don't want the hassle or the mess? Then crock pot recipes are for you. These are three easy recipes for not only college students but anyone who need something simple and delicious to come home to.

1. Slow cooked enchilada casserole

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

2 cans (10 ounces) enchilada sauce

1 can (10-3/4) condensed cream of onion soup

1/4th teaspoon of salt

1 pack flour tortillas (torn)

3 cups of shredded cheese

Directions

1. Cook beef until no pink, drain and add sauce, soup, and salt.

2. Layer beef mixture, tortilla sauce, and cheese.

3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until heated through

2. Cheddar Spirals

Ingredients

1 pack spiral pasta

2 cups of half and half cream

1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup

1/2 cup of butter (melted)

4 cups (16 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain.

2. Combine cream, soup, and butter until smooth. Stir in pasta and cheese.

3. Cook on low for 2-1/2 hours until cheese is melted.

3. Pot Roast with potatoes and carrots

Ingredients

Desired pound/pounds of chuck roast

Yukon gold potatoes

baby carrots

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 packet of Lipton onion soup mix

1 can of water

Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, stir the can of cream of mushroom, onion soup mix, and a can of water.

2. Put roast in crock pot with potatoes and carrots around the edges. Pour mixture over roast.

3. Cook on high for 2-3 hours, followed by cooking it on low for another 4-5.
