People these days are far too enthralled with the screens in front of them and what everyone they follow is doing and posting about. In this age ruled by technology, it's easy to forget there still exists a beautiful world with so much in it. Social media has become a safety net, time filler, and procrastination tool when it was meant to connect us. It is my goal to beat this social media addiction so many of us are plagued with, so here is a plethora of things to do instead of the mindless scrolling we so often and easily fall into.

1. Read a book

2. Crochet or knit

3. Color

4. Have a deep conversation with your friend

8. Actually do your homework

9. Clean your room

10. Do laundry

11. Wash dishes

12. Create something

13. Bake something

14. Write something

15. Take a nap

16. Go for a run

17. Do your makeup

18. Research something you've been wondering about or are interested in

19. Try to conquer a fear

20. Pet a cat or dog

22. Watch that show you've been meaning to watch
