29 Qualities Of The World's Greatest Woman

What kind of condition would this world be in if it wasn't for women? Better yet, what kind of state would men be in if there was no such thing of a woman? Men wouldn't exist without women according to the way that God formed the reproduction production procedure and process. God enabled women to do things that men aren't designed to do. A man's nurture and love isn't the same as a woman. So to all women, you all are loved and should respected. But there's a special type of woman that makes a difference in the world. This type is needed and desired by many. This woman has a significant amount of value and importance in the lives of many. What I mean by many is that it could be a young lady, young man, infant, mother, father, husband, son, daughter, coworker, and etc. This special woman encourages and edifies just about every person that she knows or associate with. Her light shines in a world that is filled with darkness and her love illuminates a world that is filled with hate. Men, do you desire this kind of woman? Young ladies, do you look up to this kind of woman and desire to become this type of woman? Employees and employers, wouldn't you mind working with this type of woman? This woman loves God, family, her neighbors(anybody she comes into contact with). Since I said that she loves God, that doesn't mean that you have to be a Christian to desire or look up to her. I believe that almost everyone wants someone who's good. These are the 23 qualities of a Proverbs 31 woman:

1. She will do her husband good and not bad all the days of her life. (verse 12)

2. She finds wool and flax and busily spins it. (This means that she helps to provide for her family. In other words, "she's a go getter.") (verse 13)

3. She's willing to work with her hands. (I previously state that "she's a go getter.")(verse 13)

4.She brings her food from afar. (She makes sure that her family eats everyday and she is willing to make an effort to do so.) (verse 14)

5. She arises before the dawn to prepare breakfast for her household. (She's not selfish. She always has her family in mind.) (verse 15)

6. She plans the day's work for her servant girls. (This woman is a leader and a visionary.) (verse 15)

7. She inspects a field and buys it. (This woman has good judgement.) (verse 16)

8. With her earnings she plants a vineyard. (She knows how and where to invest her money.) (verse 16)

9. She is energetic and strong, a hard worker. (This is a woman of strength, what society calls a "strong woman.) (verse 17)

10. She makes sure her dealings are profitable. ( This woman has awareness. She's wise and careful.) (verse 18)

11. Her lamp burns late into the night. (Once again, she's aware.) (verse 18)

12. Her hands are busy spinning thread and her fingers twisting finer. (Once again, she's a hard worker.) (verse 19)

13. She stretches her hand out to the poor and reaches out to the needy. (Not only does this woman care about her own family, but also her neighbors.) (verse 20)

14. She has no fear of winter for her household because everyone has warm clothes. (She makes sure her family is good.) (verse 21)

15. She makes her own bedspreads. (She is skilled and creative.) (verse 22)

16. She dresses in fine linen and purple gowns. (She is well dressed. She cares about her outer appearance. She also represents royalty. That's what the color purple stands for.) (verse 22)

17. Her husband is well known at the city gates, where he sits with other civic leaders. (She helps her husband to become a better man. She brings the best out of him.) (verse 23)

18. She makes belted linen garments and sashes to sell to her merchants. (Once again, she's skilled, talented, and creative. She also knows how to make ends meet. She allows her gifts to make room for her.) (verse 24)

19. She is clothed with strength and dignity. (This woman carries herself with respect. Once again, she's a strong woman.) (verse 25)

20. She laughs without fear of the future. (Evidently, she's a woman of faith in God. She has joy and peace within her.) (verse 25)

21. Her words are wise when she speaks. (She knows knows how to conduct her speech and keep her conversation good.) (verse 26)

22. She gives good instruction with kindness. (She knows how to give instructions out of love.) (verse 26)

23. She carefully watches everything in her household. (Once again, this woman is aware. She has good judgement.) (verse 27)

24. She suffers nothing from laziness. (There's no evidence of her being lazy. If she suffers or if anything goes wrong in her life then it's not from her being lazy.) (verse 27)

25. Her children stand and bless her. (She is well respected by her children.) (verse 28)

26. Her husband praises her. (Her husband feels honored to have her.) (verse 28)

27. She is more precious than rubies. (Rubies are deep stones that is used in jewelry and a dark red color. Evidently, rubies was something that was valued in King Solomon's day and time. This woman is even more precious than these beautiful rubies because of her character.) (verse 10)

28. Her husband can trust her (Trust is very important in all and any types relationships. Her husband has confidence in her.) (verse 11)

29. She will greatly enrich his life. (God created Eve as a help meet or helper for Adam (Genesis 2:20). It's almost as if Adam wasn't complete without Eve in his life. He needed someone to have fellowship with and relate to. A great woman could elevate the life of a great man.) (verse 11)

Who wouldn't want to have this kind of woman as a wife, mother, coworker, neighbor, sister, or niece? Men, this is the woman that we to find and pursue. If we find her then we have found something that is good. There are many great women in the world, but this woman surpasses them all. Now let me make mention that a person doesn't have to be a Christian to desire a woman like this in his or her life. Any daughter or son would want a mother like this. Now the context of these passages of scripture is talking about a wife, but it mentions a lot about what she is as a person in general. Not only that, a woman doesn't have to be a Christian to have the character of this woman. Now, there are characteristics that would require her to be a Christian of course but not all. There are some women who do the same things as this woman in Proverbs 31, but they are not Christians. Overall, this is the women to become and the woman to desire.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
