Shake it up and have some serious summer lovin' (had me a blast) with these 28 dates.

Hmmmm how does one be romantic? Honestly, beats me! I am not a love doctor or romance goddess, but I do know a good time when I'm having one. Dates don't always have to be dressing up nice and going out to eat at a restaurant with your guy or girl (but it totally can be), dates can be literally anything you want! In my humble opinion, as long as you're together, it doesn't really matter what you're doing because all you really want is to just be together. Shake it up and have some serious summer lovin' (had me a blast) with these 28 dates.

1. Aquarium date, fish watch and people watch!

2. Art museum date, bonus points if you dress like critics.

3. Stargazing date (check the forecast!!!)

4. Picnic!

5. Snow cones

6. Go to the airport just to people watch

7. Binge marathon T.V. shows or movies all day

8. Make breakfast for dinner together

9. Go on a day trip, the possibilities are endless!

10. Go to the pool and tan (or wear floaties and be children together)

11. Go to the beach - each

12. Spa day, at home or at an actual spa

13. Buy a gallon of ice cream and eat it in the car together, gotta jam out and pig out.

14. Pretend you're married and go to a bunch of open houses

15. Go to the movie theatre

16. Go to a concert

17. Stay in your jammies and read your favorite books, together yet separate.

18. Take your doggos on a walk (if you have cats or fish this might be more difficult)

19. Run errands together… it's the little things

20. Go to your local farmer's market

21. Go to church together

22. Make each other playlists

23. Play board games and card games all day

24. Coffee shop date

25. One word, nap

26. Go for a run or workout together

27. Pretend to be models and take photos of each other

28. Last but not least, sometimes it is nice to just dress up and go out to eat. (bonus points if you order for each other to try something new!)

But oh those summer nights, tell me more tell me more…..

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.
