Here is a list of 26 thoughts you have while watching the show!

1. When you see that HGTV is having a 12 hour marathon of "Fixer Upper"

2. Gathering up all your junk food and anxiously awaiting the top of the hour

3. “Hi. We’re Chip and Joanna Gains…”

4. When the episode opens up with Chip and Joanna being the cutest couple alive.

5. Their farm house. And kids. And marriage. And, you know, just their entire life in general.

6. Driving to meet the buyers.

7. Listening to the buyers' “Must Have” list

8. Waiting patiently for the commercial break to be over like

9. Seeing all three house choices and begging the family to pick the fixer upper house

10. When the family picks the fixer upper house

11. When Chip is climbing on roofs and unstable attics, and Joanna asks him if he should be doing that, and he’s all, "Babe..."

12. Demo Day.

13. Chip and Joanna’s interview segments and realizing you NEED to be just like them

14. When Joanna shows the buyers what the re-modeled home will look like via her 3D software

15. “We have $1000 left in the budget. I can give you three options, but you can only choose one”

Why only one, Joanna?

16. “French doors” “Shiplap” “We’ll open this wall up”

If there's anything you can expect for sure from an episode of "Fixer Upper," it's Joanna Gains putting in some good ol' country French doors.

17. When there’s a hidden problem with the house and Joanna has to ask the buyers if they can go over budget, and you're about ready to pay for it yourself if they say no

18. When there's a commercial break right before they were going to show you the finished house.

19. When you finally get to see the renovated home.

20. And the kitchen.

21. And the living room.

22. And the bathrooms.

23. And everything.

24. YAY, the family adores the house!

25. Chip and Joanna have done it once again!

26. Alright, time to move to Waco, Texas. But first, next episode!
