13. Take 10 deep breaths.
14. Have a dance party.
15. Turn off your phone.
16. Watch your favorite show.
17. Make a list.
18. Take a bath.
19. Or a long, hot shower.
20. Paint your nails.
21. Cook your favorite meal.
22. Give yourself a hug.
23. Give someone else a hug.
24. Buy yourself a little present.
25. Remember that you are enough.
