After watching the entire Harry Potter series in less than a week while procrastinating studying for finals, I began to realize how much I relate to Harry Potter. We all grew up with Harry Potter. He and his friends seem to really understand our struggles with homework, OWL exams, and professors. Here are 27 times the Harry Potter gang truly understands us:
1. When your parents drop you off at college and your mom won't let go
2. When you have 2 more hours before your first major essay is due and you're still on the introduction
3. When there's free food in the dorm lobby
4. When you get out of bed and walk to class just to discover that it's cancelled
5. And we all know that one kid that won't shut up and thinks they know more than the professor
6. The days that you pull an all-nighter studying and you still have an 8 A.M.
7. When it's Family Weekend, which means better food in the dining hall
8. When you calculate your average and realize you have to make a 97 on your final to pass the class
9. When your mom calls and asks how classes are going
10. When you realize that you're finally home
11. When the fire alarm goes off at 3 A.M.
12. When your favorite senior graduates
13. When you're reunited with your friends after the break
14. When you realize it's your last day of your least favorite class
15. But then you realize that means finals week is here
16. No but seriously, it's finals week
17. When you don't get into the classes you wanted on registration day
18.When you finally find a place to study/ take naps that no one else knows about
19. When you've literally changed your major three times this semester
20. And we all remember those football games
21. When someone disses your school
22. Also, there's not really a dress code, so go ahead and wear your lion hat
23. When you miss one class and literally have no idea what's going on
24. When people are yelling outside of your dorm room at 2 A.M.
25. That point in the semester when your brain can't even function
26. When you're asleep and remember that you had an essay due at midnight
27. But most importantly, realizing how much you love it here (at least more than high school)
