Okay, all you crazy "Game of Thrones" fanatics, I finally joined the bandwagon. This weekend my two girlfriends and I sat on the couch for three days and binge-watched the first season and a half of America's favorite television series.

For those that haven’t watched the show, let me preface this by saying there are a couple of spoilers, so be cautious of reading any further. We had no clue what we got ourselves into, but my goodness, we are glad we did, because now we can’t stop watching. All I heard was there is a lot of blood, sex, and a pretty blonde girl – which seems like enough reason to not watch the show, but I went for it anyway. Here are 25 thoughts I had while watching:

1. Beheading is the opener?! What am I getting myself into?

2. Oh, so THIS is Jon Snow. I wonder why I’ve heard your name so much.

3. Hmm, where did they film this?

4. Oh, I guess the sex scenes will begin now.

5. These women seem to have no issue being naked all the time.

6. Wow, the Stark family has good genes.

7. I don't trust Cersei Lannister at all. Seems like a snake.

8. Oh my gosh! They can’t just push a little boy to his death!

9. Finally met the blonde chick everyone talks of. She’s cute.

10. How am I supposed to remember all these names?

11. So does no one go north of the wall?

12. What the heck is Winter and why are they all so afraid?

13. PENIS.

14. Oh wonderful, another beheading.

15. But how do the ravens know how to deliver messages?

16. Brothels seem like the hip place to be.

17. I can look at Rob Stark all day, please!

18. So Khal Drogo is the fearless leader but dies from a cut. Okay.

19. Can I have a wolf?

20. Imp… imp imp imp… I like that word.

21. Wow, how many children does each person have?

22. I guess infidelity was a casual thing.

23. Ugh, Joffery needs to go die in a hole.

24. They wont behead Ned, he’s awesome.

25. JUST KIDDING, WOW.

With having only watching the first 15 episodes (roughly), I’m hooked! On the down side though, I’ve come to terms that this show will be similar to "Grey's Anatomy" in that it will basically kill everyone I love – and hopefully hate? For those who are wary about taking a leap, just watch the show already! I highly recommend it, I cannot explain why, but just trust me. And all the other millions of fans.

an image of taylor swift standing center stage surrounded by her backup dancers in elegant peacock esque outfits with a backdrop of clouds and a box rising above the stage the image captures the vibrant aesthetics and energy of her performance during the lover era of her eras tour

A three-and-a-half-hour runtime. Nine Eras. Eleven outfit changes. Three surprise songs. Zero breaks. One unforgettable evening. In the past century, no other performer has put on an electric performance quite like Taylor Swift, surpassing her fans ‘wildest dreams’. It is the reason supporters keep coming back to her shows each year. Days later, I’m still in awe of the spectacle ‘Miss Americana’ puts on every few days in a new city. And, like one of Taylor’s exes, has me smiling as I reminisce about the memories of the night we spent together.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
