With my 19th birthday fast approaching, my mom, dad, grandparents, and friends have been asking me for gift ideas. In my recent years, I had never struggled with coming up with a list of a few things that I needed or wanted. In my adolescent years, the newest Barbies and baby dolls were on the top of the list. In my early teens, I started to develop a weird obsession with Bath & Body Works, so candles, lotions, and perfumes were the things I asked for. As I've gotten older, it's been harder and harder to come up with ideas for presents because, as cliché as it sounds, I've realized that the things that I really want either can't be bought or are completely irrational (unfortunately). Moral of the story: the only thing you can really give us is your love and support...and maybe a few Starbucks gift cards.
