Grand Canyon University's own Havocs have been considered the best student section in the country, and have been quoted by SB Nation as "the biggest party in college basketball." The headlines continue -- there's something special about the school three years into the WAC conference. Now, most student sections consist of a certain group of people in one college sport, usually football and basketball. However, the GCU Havocs don't represent one row of fans. The echoes of thunder come from any and all students at GCU. In addition to making college basketball fun for fans, the Havocs have shown their support for every athletic program in Lope Land. It is no mistake that in just four years, the GCU Havocs have become a crucial aspect of campus life, making a huge impact in turning the school into a recognizable force in DI athletics.
