9. Call your mom or dad without having to ask them for anything (unless it's advice)

10. Do some yoga

11. Take a 30 minute power nap

12. Eat more oatmeal (seriously, carbs increase serotonin levels)

13. Write a letter to someone you love

14. Surround yourself with positive people

15. Try something you haven't done before (not drugs)

18. Look through old pics and be happy you made those memories

19. Listen to good music that reminds you of those memories
