1. What feels like the end of the world, isn't. You pick yourself up and you become stronger for it.

2. Things change, people change. Adjust the best that you can, and if it's too difficult, with time it'll become easier.

3. You are your own worst enemy.

4. Your major isn't the most important thing in the world. Once you graduate, you are going to and should be doing what you love the most.

5. Be kind to not only the people around you, but also to yourself.

6. Always say thank you, no one likes rude people.

7. Admit when you're wrong, stand up for yourself when you're right.

8. Don't let the past dictate your future.

9. Whatever you're going through, I promise there is someone going through the same thing. You're not alone, despite feeling that you are.

10. Figure out what you deserve when it comes to relationships and don't settle for anything less than that.

11. Think before you speak. Ask yourself if it's worth arguing over, and if it isn't have enough pride to let it go.

12. At the end of the day, your family will always be there for you.

13. Empathize with those around you. Even if you're bad at showing or sharing your feelings, let them know you are there for them.

14. Bad days are a thing, but the good news is that there are better days ahead of you.

15. Learn from your mistakes.

16. Let go of the people that wronged you and embrace the people that welcome you.

17. Push yourself out of your comfort zone.

18. Not everyone is out to get you.

19. Insecurities can be overwhelming, everyone has them, embrace them the best you can.

20. Actions speak louder than words.

21. Demand respect, but don't forget to give respect to those who deserve it.

22. You are enough, in every sense of the word.

23. Forgive.

24. Live life with your best self.
