Regardless if you are religious or not, taking time to change something in your routine or lifestyle for a prolonged period of time may end up bettering your life in the long run. I challenge each and every one of you to choose something to "give up" for Lent, despite it being on this list or not, and sticking with it for these 40 days (or more).
