Graduation season is upon us. If you are experiencing any of these signs, I hate to break it to you, but you're about to graduate college.
1. You’re constantly being asked what you are doing after college.
2. If you don’t have an answer to “the question that must not be asked,” then you can often be found fixing minuscule details on your resume or applying to jobs/grad schools so you finally can have an answer.
3. Any school work is done at the last minute, because at this stage in your life, you are done AF with learning and are ready to move on to "the real world."
4. Having drinks before class has become a common occurrence.
5. You cringe any time someone from your class gets engaged.
6. You go to career fairs and networking events and hate every second of it.
7. You're excited to be close to graduation...
8. But also stressed.
9. The thought of imminent student loans haunt your dreams.
10. You try to spend as much time with friends as possible...
11. And go out as many nights of the week as you can afford.
12. Therefore, "bar etiquette" has been thrown out the window.
13. You're drinking to forget that you’ll be leaving your favorite place in the near future and that big changes are ahead.
14. You can't help but tear up when you pass sentimental spots on campus...
15. And at every chance, you're trying to check items off of your bucket list.
16. You resent freshmen, who get to start from the beginning...
17. And you begin to realize that you are experiencing some moments for the last time.
18. But ultimately, you're proud about all you've accomplished and are excited to see what the future holds.
