In case you need a list on hand of reasons to smile:

1. Smile just because you can. Exercise those muscles!

2. Queso. Need I say more?

3. Your first college friend: They saw you adjust, go through those first ups and downs of life when your mom couldn't be there.

4. Puppies (or cats if that's more you)

5. Finally understanding a tough subject and rocking that test

6. Getting your 8 a.m. cancelled

7. You can get a chicken sandwich from Burger King at 5 a.m. and if that's not cool I don't know what is.

8. Waking up and feeling fully rested

9. Thursdays at 7 p.m. when there is a new episode of "Grey's Anatomy" on

10. Thursdays at 8 p.m. when there is a new episode of "Scandal."

11. Because it is almost summer and you will be way less stressed

12. There's always tomorrow if today isn't going so hot.

13. Coffee

14. When someone brings you coffee, that's worth a lot of smiles.

15. Sunshine

16. Ice cream

17. You have your best days ahead of you.

18. There is someone who loves you. More than someone actually, there are lots of people who love you. So smile about it.

With any argument, we don't just throw in the towel and say we're done, but we work towards a solution that puts us in a greater place each day.
