The final episode of How I Met Your Mother aired in March 2014, but if you're huge fan of the show like myself it'll always hold a special place in your heart. If you've never watched, stop what you're doing right now and go binge watch all 9 seasons on Netflix. You won't regret it. It's hilarious, relatable, random as hell, full of life lessons, and always knows how to hit you right in the feels. Especially when it comes to Marshall and Lily's unfaltering, unconditional love for one another from the first season to the last. Seriously these two could turn even the most bitter person into a romantic. So I decided to compile a list of my favorite Marshmallow and Lily-Pad moments to prove why they're actually "Relationship Goals".

1. When they met in college as freshmen because Lily needed help with her stereo, and the rest was history.

2. When Marshall proposes and Lily says yes in the most perfect way possible.

3. When they showed us when you find the right person you can be your true self around them no matter what.

4. When they slayed their couple Halloween costumes every. single. year.

5. And didn't mind when Ted was their third wheel.

6. When Marshall was beyond proud that Lily was his one and only.

7. When they reminded us that even when two people are perfect for each other they still have their disagreements.

8. But when it came down to it, they always swallowed their pride and remembered how much they loved one another.

9. When their wedding vows were about as genuine and straight from the heart as you can get.

10. To go with their all too fitting new last name.

11. When they weren't afraid to switch things up a bit.

12. When they would do anything for each other, no questions asked.

13. And always had each other's backs, even when things got a bit ridiculous.

14. When Lily told Marshall she was pregnant, and his face says it all.

15. When they composed an entire lullaby, instruments and all, for baby Marvin.

16. And proved time after time they were the BEST parents ever.

17. When they rocked these sweaters to make Marshall's mom happy.

18. When they expressed with the most confidence how cute their relationship was.

19. And weren't afraid to embrace how they felt on their off days.

20. When they proved to us how truly made for each other they were.

21. When Marshall explained the ultimate struggle of sharing a bed with your significant other.

22. And finally when they knew as couple they could do anything, even take on the world.

Here's to you, Marshall and Lily. Thanks for having one of the most legend...wait for it...dary romances TV has ever seen.

New year, new semester, not the same old thing. This semester will be a semester to redeem all the mistakes made in the previous five months.

1. I will wake up (sorta) on time for class.

Let's face it, last semester you woke up with enough time to brush your teeth and get to class and even then you were about 10 minutes late and rollin' in with some pretty unfortunate bed head. This semester we will set our alarms, wake up with time to get ready, and get to class on time!

And so it begins.

1. Walk in motivated and ready to rock

Camping out at the library is not for the faint of heart. You need to go in as a warrior. You usually have brought supplies (laptop, chargers, and textbooks) and sustenance (water, snacks, and blanket/sweatpants) since the battle will be for an undetermined length of time. Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.

December... it's full of finals, due dates, Mariah Carey, and the holidays. It's the worst time of the year, but the best because after finals, you get to not think about classes for a month and catch up on all the sleep you lost throughout the semester. But what's worse than finals week is the last week of classes, when all the due dates you've put off can no longer be put off anymore.

winter

Thanksgiving break is over and Christmas is just around the corner and that means, for most college students, one hellish thing — finals week. It's the one time of year in which the library becomes over populated and mental breakdowns are most frequent. There is no way to avoid it or a cure for the pain that it brings. All we can do is hunker down with our books, order some Dominos, and pray that it will all be over soon. Luckily, we are not alone in this suffering. To prove it, here are just a few of the many deranged thoughts that go through a college student's mind during finals week.

I know every college student has daily thoughts throughout their day. Whether you're walking on campus or attending class, we always have thoughts running a mile a minute through our heads. We may be wondering why we even showed up to class because we'd rather be sleeping, or when the professor announces that we have a test and you have an immediate panic attack.
