Fact: Titus and Kimmy from Netflix’s "The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" are literally roommate goals. You and your roommate may not be as broke, fabulous, or naive as Titus and Kimmy (or maybe you are), but you guys are the best of friends and are DEFINITELY “Hashbrown GOALS”! Here’s proof.

1. You'll Never Let The Haters Get To Your Roomie

2. When You Need Validation, You Can Always Turn To Your Roomie To Get It

3. You Both REALLY Hate Adulting But Manage Together

4. When You Both Get Scared By Something In Your Room, One Of You Always Steps Up

5. “Who Wants To Order Food?” Is Your Favorite Expression

6. Letting Your Roomie Drive Is A Risk, But You Love Her So It’s A Risk You’re Willing To Take

7. You’re Always There To Hear How Her Day Was

8. You’re So Basic When You Take Pictures Together, It’s Almost Disgusting

9. When It’s Time For Your Roomie To Gossip, You’re ALWAYS Down

10. No Matter What, You’ll ALWAYS Encourage Your Roomie To Talk To Guys

11. You Love Your Roomie To Death, But You Don’t Love Sharing Food

12. You’d Rather Die Than Let Her Make A Bad Choice

13. One Of You Is CLEARLY Friendlier Than The Other

14. You Both Get Fit (And Sometimes Fail) Together

15. You’re Both Literally The Worst In Public

16. You’re Weirdly Comfortable With Discussing Your Bodily Functions

17. When Your Roomie Is Cranky, You’re Always There To Let Her Vent

18. You’ll Always Tell Her When She’s Blowing Things Out Of Proportion

19. Random Dance Parties Are ALWAYS The Move

20. Even Though You're Broke AF, You're Always Down To Splurge On A Meal Out

21. You Know How Amazing The Two Of You Are, And You’re Not Afraid To Let The World Know

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

April Ludgate

Every college student knows and understands the struggle of forcing themselves to continue to care about school. Between the piles of homework, the hours of studying and the painfully long lectures, the desire to dropout is something that is constantly weighing on each and every one of us, but the glimmer of hope at the end of the tunnel helps to keep us motivated. While we are somehow managing to stay enrolled and (semi) alert, that does not mean that our inner-demons aren't telling us otherwise, and who is better to explain inner-demons than the beloved April Ludgate herself? Because of her dark-spirit and lack of filter, April has successfully been able to describe the emotional roller-coaster that is college on at least 13 different occasions and here they are.
