Dogs are actually really great. Like, they're cuddly and furry and everything I ever want in the world. There's a reason they're nicknamed "man's best friend." HOW ABOUT COLLEGE GIRL'S BEST FRIEND?

1. You see a dog on campus and your heart melts.

2. You look up dog pictures in class...

3. ...and then send dog pictures to your friends.

4. You seriously debate the costs to adopt a dog.

5. And then realize it's actually expensive and a huge responsibility.

6. You cry sometimes when you miss your dog back home.

7. You post pictures and videos of your dog on Snapchat when you go back home.

8. You actually FaceTime with your dog.

9. You'd rather have a dog than a kid.

10. Your laptop and phone background photo is a picture of your dog or some random dog.

11. If you see a dog at a party, you're the one playing with and petting it.

12. You don't care which type of dog it is, you will love it no matter what.

13. If a certain event has dogs, you're there.

14. You cringe whenever someone says they don't like dogs.

15. You have an entire Pinterest board dedicated to dogs.

16. You follow dog accounts on Instagram.

17. You've considered or have a service dog.

18. When you see a service dog on campus, you hesitate to go pet it because you don't know if it's allowed.
