New Year’s Resolutions: Promises we make to ourselves at the beginning of each new year that we end up forgetting about mid-way through the new year. New Year’s is often associated with creating resolutions, and for many, there is a common misconception that New Year’s is the only time of year when you can set these larger goals for yourself.
