This is a bit different from what I usually write about, but I was inspired by my love for the North Eastern grocery chain. First off, I do have a bit of bias toward Wegmans, I work for them when I'm not at school! And this week, after taking a trip down and seeing everyone and seeing how my department (sub shop!) was doing with the Super Bowl creeping up them, I realized how much I miss going to my hometown Wegmans and how much I miss my coworkers and all the people behind the counters and registers; my work family. If you've ever been to a Wegmans you would understand why it has a cult following, and that's what I'm here to show you! As someone who has both been a customer and worker for Wegmans, I know.

1. Health and beauty care is expansive, along with the amazing pharmacy department

2. "Food You Feel Good About" is their new marketing campaign

3. Organic foods and Nature's Market


4. Olde World Cheese


5. Candy, nuts, whatever you need, by the pound with Wegmans Bulk Foods

6. Sushi, Sushi, Sushi!

7. The produce department stays fresh and stocked

8. Get basically anything catered for whatever party you're having

9. Wine and beer departments

10. Sub shop contains a variety of cold and hot subs

11. Each one is set up almost the same (so you won't be lost)

12. Asian Wokery is top notch

13. Coffee for under a dollar, as well as other tasty drinks

14. Fast but quality assured check outs (no broken eggs!)

15. Prepared meals for under $8

16. Real chefs are the ones who prepare your food

17. Coupons and savings are what you get at Wegmans

18. Open 24/7, 364 days a year (bar Christmas Day)

19. Excellent customer service is their motto

20. You can find almost anything you need

21. Wegmans is home
