For those of you who have seen Parks and Recreation, you already know that Andy and April are the ultimate relationship goals. For those of you who have not seen Parks and Recreation, do us all a favor and GO WATCH IT. Either way, here are just a few of the infinite reasons why they are so perfect:

1. Like any good relationship, they started off as friends

2. And it was awkward when they decided to take it to the next level

"Of course I love you, April, that's what makes the sauce so awesome."

3. But when they finally figured it out, no one could stop them.

4. Even though everyone thought they were crazy...

“We are in love, so we didn’t overthink it. I mean seriously I cannot emphasize how little we thought about this.”

5. ...they were clearly meant to be.

"And I'm the luckiest man in the galaxy"

6. Like, seriously.

7. Andy always looks out for her

8. And never lets her forget how truly perfect she is.

9. April supports him no matter what he does...

"Last week he was supposed to buy gas, but instead he bought novelty cookie cutters. Now everything we eat is shaped like a dinosaur. I love him."

10. ...or says...

11. ...and always makes sure he gets what he needs.

12. They have no problem living on a tight budget

13. And I mean a really, really tight budget

14. As long as they have each other.

15. They bring out the best in each other

"Thanks babe, you're so good at reminding me where pizza is."

16. And always know how to have a good time.

17. I guess it's true that opposites attract

18. Because no matter what they are faced with

19. They will ALWAYS

20. Be facing it

"You're the best wife ever. I wish I could marry you all over again."

21. Together.

Whether you're 15, 25, or 47/immortal, you should never settle for anything less than marrying your best friend. Life gets in the way sometimes, and when it's hard, you'd only want to be married to them.

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Cambio
