20s

"It is in the twenties that the actual momentum of life begins to slacken, and it is a simple soul indeed to whom as many things are significant and meaningful at thirty as at ten years before." ― F. Scott Fitzgerald, The Beautiful and Damned

20s

Being in your mid 20s are much complicated than experiencing adolescent stage.

Why? Because you're not that old yet you should act like one.

You're still young yet you already have responsibilities of an adult piling up to you.

It's quite pressuring isn't it?

It feels like a battlefield – more likely an assessment.

In that era you can tell if you could survive the future, or not.

It's like an investment, so that you can be more prepared for tomorrow's sake.

You can be responsible and irresponsible, at the same time.

It's like a trial and error stage.

You could make wrong decisions and make it right after.

You may lose something – it could be old friends from your teenage years or things you've treasured the most, or maybe someone that is special in your heart.

You'll cry a lot until you'll cry often.

You'll suddenly change and then became distant to everyone.

You'll realize that time has to be managed wisely.

You barely have time for everything you wanted to do,

You barely have time for your friends or family –

Even barely have time for yourself.

In this age, things could be more tiring.

You'll feel more intoxicated each day.

You'll be wiser and have your own words of wisdom too.

You'll barely have fun because you're busy focusing in other things that are more important than that.

Whatever it is – 20 should be limitless.

You can still be spontaneous just like when you're still a teenager.

As long as you're responsible in whatever consequences after – you can still do the things you wanted to do in life.

And most important, don't stop dreaming even if you're done being in twenties.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.
