The Only Movie Guide You Need For Award Season

With film festival season in full swing, there are plenty of movies being released that are already receiving Oscar buzz. Most nominated films tend to be released in October through December. There are exceptions though, like "Get Out" being released in February of 2017 and then going on to have a Best Picture nomination the following year. Or with Toni Collette's performance in "Hereditary" which was released in June, has the potential to put her in the Best Actress race. Or "Black Panther" is predicted to score a Best Picture nomination. Other summer action and superhero movies also tend to rank in nominations, but usually in editing or visual effects, rather than in one of the "Big Five" categories; Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actress, Best Actor, and Best Screenplay.

With so many films to keep up with here is a guide to keep you up to date on what to see based on what is most to be nominated come March.

When it comes to television, there’s very few sets of on-screen siblings that a lot of us can relate to. Only those who have grown up with siblings knows what it feels like to fight, prank, and love a sibling. Ross and Monica Geller were definitely overbearing and overshared some things through the series of "Friends," but they captured perfectly what real siblings feel in real life. Some of their antics were funny, some were a little weird but all of them are completely relatable to brothers and sisters everywhere.
