We all know a time in our lives where our parents thought it would be a grand idea to stuff us and our whole families in a cramped car, stuff all of our belongings in said, already-cramped car, and then drive. I'm talking miles upon miles. The only stops you make are designated for the creepy trucker hangouts and run-down gas stations. Now matter where you might be heading, I feel like I speak for everyone when I say these thoughts have crossed your mind at least once, or maybe like... a thousand times while enduring a fam-bam roadtrip.
1. Alright. I have a book, phone, coloring book, dvd player, ipad, homework (ha), camera, chargers, snacks...There's no way I will ever get bored.
2. Here weee goooo!
3.I wonder how long we have until we are there.
4. Well, I might as well eat all of the snacks I brought for this trip in the next five minutes.
5. I forgot shampoo.
6......and my toothbrush.
7. Why are we looking at a paper map?
8.*instantly is feeling car sick*
9. I guess I will daydream about tons of different outlandish scenarios happening in my life, which have no actual probability of happening.
10. Literally, why is dad driving like this? We are not on the Nascar track, Jesus.
11. We are at the half-way mark and I have never felt so alive yet so disappointed in my life
12. Uhh, what's that smell...?
13. How did we get lost? Seriously, we were on a straight shot highway.
14. For real, get rid of the paper map.
15. I think maybe I will just jump out the car.
16. *contemplating to be dropped off at nearest airport and fly the rest of the way*
17. I am hungry and I need to pee.
18. FML!!!
19. If I am in this car for one more minute I swear I'll jump out this time
20. sweet baby, praise, jesus, we are here *kisses the ground*
