We have all gone on an awkward and truly awful first date. Either they were a lot stranger than you imagined or there is just zero chemistry. Here are some thoughts we have all had during that awful date we will never forget:

5. He was a lot cuter on Tinder.
6. What kind of illness can I make up to get out of this date?
7. If I just get up and leave would that make me a bitch?
8. Oh, I know! I'll have my friend call and tell me it's an emergency and that I have to come home right now.
9. I wonder if they think this is going well?
10. At least I got free coffee out of this.
11. Seriously, are we really still talking about his ex?
12. Sorry, I really don't care that much about what she bought you for your birthday two years ago.
