Everyone struggles with something. It may be an addiction, a dream that hasn't come true, or a disorder that no one knows about. But, everyone deserves to hear these things, no matter what you're going through.

1. You are enough.

2. God loves you.

3. You have no one to impress and only One to please.

4. No one actually has it all together.

5. Comparing yourself to someone else is only going to leave you disappointed.

6. Don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. Neither of those things will accomplish anything.

7. Your mistakes do not define you.

8. Even if all you did today was get out of bed, I'm proud of you.

9. You can do it.

10. You are more worthy of love than you think you are.

11. You cannot earn God's love. But, you are worthy because of His son, Jesus.

12. It is better to be the one who smiled than the one who didn't smile back.

13. You're going to be OK.

14. You do matter.

15. Self-love is not the same as being self-centered. Love yourself. You're awesome.

16. It's OK not to be busy all the time. Your body needs rest.

17. You're not stupid.

18. Being yourself is the best thing you can do for yourself.

19. This too shall pass.

20. Life ain't always beautiful, but it's a beautiful ride.
