If you haven't been able to tell already, my favorite band of all time is Fall Out Boy. I may not have been listening to them since the beginning, but I have recently rediscovered them and have been listening to nothing but their songs for about six months straight. You could say I'm in love. Please, come see why they're so amazing. (Pete, Patrick, Joe and Andy, if you see this, I think you guys are amazing if you couldn't tell already.)
1. They have a song for every single mood.
Need some confidence? Listen to "I Don't Care" or "The Phoenix." Want to cry? "What A Catch, Donnie" or "Golden." Want to dance around the room? "Young Volcanoes" or "20 Dollar Nose Bleed."
2. Their music is perfect for blasting it in the car to rock out.
I was going to list my personal favorites but then I realized I would just be listing all of their albums.
3. They are absolutely adorable.
4. They sound just as amazing live as they do on their albums.
I mean I only know this from all of the YouTube videos of their performances I've watched.
5. Their songs are relatable.
All of them. So fantastic.
6. The "Thanks, Pete" meme made our lives so much better.
7. Patrick and Pete's friendship -- which is really a bromance -- and we all love them for it.
8. All of their songs are individually fantastic and amazing in their own unique way, you don't want to skip any of them.
9. Their music videos.
Do I need to say anything else?
10. They made a music video for every song on their "Save Rock and Roll" album to basically a movie.
And I can't be the only one who watched all of them 10 times through, right? I've always wanted artists to make a music video for every single song.
11. They made that emotionally jarring movie and then made fun of it like this.
And we thank them for it.
12. They have the best humor.
Have you seen their music videos?
13. Patrick's old sideburns and sweaters, Andy's long hair, Pete's eye-liner and Joe's short hair.
14. And how much they've changed.
15. They're like a family.
Patrick and Pete are the children hyped up on sugar while Joe and Andy are the exhausted parents.
