Nearing the end of summer I am surprised to find myself happily waving “goodbye” to the hot days and endless nights. Fall is a beautiful time of the year and here are 20 reasons why I am so excited for it.

1. So many different colors 😍.

2. Fall house decorations (again 😍).

3. I can wear my boots and jeans and not sweat to death.

4. I can say bye to uncomfortable jean shorts and hello to fall clothes which are cute AND comfy.

5. More specifically: scarves.

6. Harvest.

7. No longer have to freak out when I forget to shave for a few days or a week.

8. Pumpkin or Apple Cinnamon scented candles for the apartment.

9. Cooler weather.

10. A better excuse for hot drinks like the basic Pumpkin Spice Lattes.

11. Halloween.

12. Halloween movies.

13. Pumpkin carving.

14. Much needed Fall break.

15. Feel better about staying in and getting cozy.

16. Gaining an extra hour of sleep for Daylight Savings Time.

17. Huskers Football!

18. It means we’re closer to Thanksgiving.

19. It means we’re closer to Christmas!

20. I’ve had enough time to find my groove at college for the semester.
