If by now you aren't familiar with the hit spin off show "Bachelor in Paradise" then I don't know who you are or where you've been for the last three years. If you're living under a rock, well I'm sorry.

Picking up from it's second season a few fan favorites have returned for their chance to find love after failing to do so on either the Bachelor or the Bachelorette. Of course no other cast member has been able to create as much fun filled TV entertainment as Ashely I.

Many may accuse her of being overly emotional, but I think they don't understand her. Sometimes we all need a good cry, but for some reason we hold back, and don't let ourselves be in touch with our emotions. When life gives you lemons you can't always make lemonade unless your name is Beyonce. For Ashley I. there never seems to be any lemonade (her heart is always broken).

We can all get a little emotional at times. Sometimes more emotional than we have ever been before or have wanted to be and there's nothing wrong with that. There are many situations that come up in our lives worth crying about from serious to outwardly ridiculous. Maybe it's time we actually cried for once. Don't be afraid to take a chance, there is no shame. There's at least twenty reasons we should all cry like Ashley I.

1. "Someone you care about, real or fictional dies."

2. "Your best friend moves away."

3. "Your cat or any of your pets gets run over."

4. "Your SO breaks up with you."

5. "Your house caught on fire."

6. "You realize there's no left over pizza because someone ate the last slice."

7. "When Nicki Minaj is disappointed in you for being a lazy bitch."

8. "When realize you'll never be Beyonce."

9. "When someone tells you to stop crying."

10. "When you lose a game of Hungry Hungry Hippo."

11. "When someone calls you a basic bitch."

12. "...And you realize they were right."

13. "When your parents wish you were adopted."

14. "When you realize you're still reading this."

15. "When your crush doesn't like you back."

16. "When your fave is problematic."

17. "When you lost your life's savings."

18. "When you have to live under a bridge."

19. "When they discontinue your favorite lipstick."

20. "When someone asks if you're OK."

Grab your box of tissues. Freaking sit in bed, for all I care and blow your nose, but cry. Cry it out until there is no reason to cry and then cry some more because there isn't anything wrong with doing so. Cry because you can and because you probably have 20 freaking reasons to after reading this ridiculous post. I know Ashley I. did and I love her for it.

As college students, we are all familiar with the horror show that is course registration week. Whether you are an incoming freshman or selecting classes for your last semester, I am certain that you can relate to how traumatic this can be.

1. When course schedules are released and you have a conflict between two required classes.

Bonus points if it is more than two.

Raising the minimum wage to a livable wage would not only benefit workers and their families, it would also have positive impacts on the economy and society. Studies have shown that by increasing the minimum wage, poverty and inequality can be reduced by enabling workers to meet their basic needs and reducing income disparities.

I come from a low-income family. A family, like many others in the United States, which has lived paycheck to paycheck. My family and other families in my community have been trying to make ends meet by living on the minimum wage. We are proof that it doesn't work.

For many undergraduates across the nation, the home stretch has begun. Only one more semester remains in our undergraduate career. Oh, the places we will go! For the majority of college seniors, this is simultaneously the best and worst year out of the past four and here’s why.

1. The classes you are taking are actually difficult.

A schedule full of easy pottery throwing and film courses is merely a myth on the average campus. With all of those prerequisites for the upper-level courses and the never-ending battle you fight each year during registration for limited class seats, senior year brings with it the ability to register for the final courses you need to fulfill your major. Yet, these are not the easy entry level courses. These are the comprehensive, end of major, capstone courses designed to apply the knowledge from all your previous courses, usually in the form of an extensive research paper or engaged learning project. The upside is you actually probably really enjoy these classes but alas there is no room for slackers here.
