With the Netflix release of a brand new season of Gilmore Girls just a week away, there is much to be anticipated as we finally revisit everyone's favorite quaint Connecticut town (Stars Hollow). Since the streaming service first announced its revival of the beloved fast-talkers, online articles predicting the seasons storylines have abounded. Wanting to throw my hat in the ring, I spent the past week exclusively re-watching all seven seasons in order to make the most calculated predictions possible.

1. Lorelai will want some coffee.

2. And Luke will be loath to give it to her.

3. Sookie will be clumsy and maybe drop something.

4. Richard might not be around.

5. There will be a town meeting.

6. During the town meeting, Taylor will say, "Order, order in the court!"

7. Someone will get pregnant.

8. The pregnant person will be Mrs. Kim.

9. Everyone will avoid the fact that Michelle is a girl's name.

10. Rory will get embarrassed and say, "Mom!"

11. Babette might need glasses now.

12. But they are just for reading.

13. There will be a scene or two set in the grocery store (Doose's Market).

14. The gazebo will still be there.

15. Jess will be a "bad boy."

16. Lauren Graham will reprise her role as the iconic Lorelai Gilmore.

17. It will premiere on Netflix.

18. There will be some fights.

19. But in the end, everyone still loves each other.

20. Except you, Luke's daughter. You are too random.

I'm serious

There are tons of unisex names that are popular: Taylor, Alex, Bailey, etc. There are also numerous names that are used for both sexes, but they’re not seen as “unisex” yet. People are slowly becoming accustomed to the dual use of these names, but for the most part, in their minds they associate certain names with certain sexes. And that leaves those of us with these names in many awkward situations.

I'm an anthropology major, and I love every minute of it. I couldn't tell you why, but I guess there's just something about studying different lifestyles that absolutely fascinates me. But anthropology majors definitely have our weird sides, especially when you go to a school that is filled with mostly Business and Bio majors. But us weirdos definitely have a lot in common, specifically these 16 things.

pale girl

Everyone has insecurities, that's just a fact. You didn't ask to be born this way. You didn't ask to inherit the one trait no one else in your family has. And you definitely didn't ask to be this ghostly white. But as soon as you've learned to live with it for a while (less wrinkles later on in life, right? right???) someone has to ruin it for you. They have to flaunt they're perfectly tanned body from Spring Break and hold their sun-kissed skin against yours. But I've had enough... here are the things that perpetually pale individuals are tired of hearing.

Being a music major is not all kicks and giggles. In fact, there are days when I question my sanity and doubt myself as a musician. I know I am not the only one going through the struggle, and so here are 13 GIFs that I know my fellow music majors can relate to...
