Every year, many people decide to have a New Year's Resolution. Many seem very unrealistic, are you actually going to workout everyday for 3 hours? Can you really only eat all natural foods/do some crazy diet? These crazy resolutions are nearly impossible and many will fail within the first few weeks. Here are some do-able New Year's Resolutions, especially for college students.
1. Get (a specific number) of sleep each night.
2. Workout (a specific number) of hours a week.
3. Eat a fruit or veggie at every meal or at least 2 times a day.
4. Use a calendar/planner every day.
5. Keep your room clean and our desk organized.
6. Call your mom once a week.
7. Finish papers and large assignments at least a day before they are due.
8. Step out of your comfort zone and try something new this year.
7. Get a job.
8. Learn how to budget your money better.
9. Stop being so hard on yourself/ stop being judgmental of others.
10. Complain less and realize what you have.
11. Live in the moment, don't stress so much about the future.
12. Put your phone away when you are at a social event.
