Summer weather is the happiest of moods. The sun is shining, the air is warm and everyone is living their best life. From pool days, to festivals, to walking around your hometown with your besties from high school, the weather makes everything all the more memorable. However, the weather does not always favor our plans and can leave us with wet and dreary days. When this is the case, it can be hard to figure out what to do and upsetting to cancel plans. Ah, yes, good old Hauppauge. We are that town in the dead center of Long Island that barely anyone knows how to pronounce unless they're from the town itself or live in a nearby area. Hauppauge is home to people of all kinds. We always have new families joining the community but honestly, the majority of the town is filled with people who never leave (high school alumni) and elders who have raised their kids here.
