Whenever I watch a film, I have to look it up on IMDb first. There you will see the complete cast, goofs and even little trivia from all your favorite movies. So, I thought that I would share with you all, a compilation of what I have found over the last couple days.
1. In "Titanic" Kate Winslet knew she was going to have to have a nude scene so she flashed Leonardo DiCaprio when they first met. It was also the first scene they shot for the film.
2. "A Walk To Remember" was filmed in only 39 days despite the fact Mandy Moore could only work 10 hours a day because she was a minor.
3. At the end of "Blazing Saddles" there is a man in a sweater standing by a pole when the whole group is running out of the Warner Bros. lot. This man was not hired to be in the film but was confused by instructions to get out of the take, so they left him in.
4. In "Captain America: Civil War" Iron Man makes a remark that Aunt May is a very good looking woman. Robert Downey Jr and Marisa Tomei actually had a relationship in the 1990's.
5. Tom Selleck was supposed to play Indiana Jones.
6. In "Beetlejuice" Michael Keaton often improvised his lines. One of the most notable is when he is first introduced to Adam and Barbara where Michael says factual things about himself including that he graduated from Harvard.
7. After Matt Damon and Ben Affleck finished the "Good Will Hunting" script, they sent it to a lot of different studios. They decided to add an out of nowhere sex scene between the two straight male characters just to see who would actually read it. No one but Harvey Weinsten commented on it, and they had to explain to him why they did it.
8. The shot in "Pulp Fiction" where Vincent's character pulls the needle out of Mia's chest, they actually ran the film backwards to make it look real.
9. During shooting of "Whiplash" Miles Teller tackled J.K. Simmons and cracked two of his ribs. He still managed to work despite his injury.
10. During every break filming "Spotlight" Mark Ruffalo studied Michael Rezendes and even asked him to say his lines for him.
11. James Cameron had said he wanted to make "Jurassic Park" but found out the rights were bought by Steven Spielberg a few hours before he was planning to buy them.
