ABC

1. It is okay to be a woman and not want kids.

Society has women thinking they have to have kids but that is not the case Cristina Yang shows us just that. She is a woman who loves her job and does not want a family, there is nothing wrong with that.

2. Intelligence is the most attractive thing someone can have.

There is so much more than just being pretty, intelligence is the most attractive thing someone can have. Cristina is beautifully smart.

3. Be confident.

Have confidence in everything you do, it will help you out.

4. Be the best you can be for yourself. Do it for you everyone else is looking out for themselves.

The most important person in your life is yourself. Strive to be the best version of yourself for you and when you do others will be amazed as well.

5. No man is the sun, no matter how cute he is. We are. She taught us to remember our worth.

Always remember your worth, no matter who you are or how cute the guy is you are always the sun not him.

6. No matter how strong you are it is okay not to have it together all the time.

There comes a time when you can't take anymore, letting it out does not make you weak, you are strong for accepting how you feel. Letting it out is healthy.

8. But find your person for when that time comes. He/She will be the one to get you through it.

Your person is the one who is going to be there for you through everything. They are going to be strong for you when you are weak. They are the most important person in your life, find them and hold them close.

9. Never settle.

Settle for nothing, demand the world and get it. Settling is just time and energy wasted.

10. If you don't like something, complaining does nothing. Stop whining and do something about it.

We all are guilty of complaining about something and never doing anything to fix it, once again it is just wasted time. Change it. Cristina is not afraid to tell you, you sound stupid.

11. Think ahead.

Anytime you are forced to play sports, think ahead, bring alcohol.

12. Speak your mind.

If you don't' want to hear it, tell them. Don't let them waste your time everyone needs someone that is brutally honest like Cristina.

13. Keep your priorities in order.

Keep in mind there is nothing more important than food.

14. How to be a savage.

Sometimes you just need to toast the shit out of someone. Cristina Yang is a pure savage, we learned from the best.

15. It is okay to not be emotional, Cristina owns the RBF.

Just because you are a woman doesn't mean you need to be overwhelmingly emotional all the time. It is okay to just not feel at times. Cristina is the queen of no emotions and taught us just how to master the RBF.

16. Try new things once in a while. Go out of your comfort zone sometimes.

It is always okay to go out of your comfort zone sometimes and try new things. It is healthy even, just always go back to who you are meant to be.

17. Be brave for others when they are scared.

Cristina Yang is the bravest person on the show. We learn just how to be strong when others are weak from her. Sometimes you need someone but sometimes that someone needs you. Be strong in the face of weakness.

18. Be a best friend.

Find your best friend and be a best friend to them.

19. When in doubt dance it out.

When your having a bad day dance it out. Theres nothing dancing can't fix.

Perhaps it is one assignment or perhaps it's four. You are motivated and prepared; you don’t doubt the assignment(s) will take time, but you know it couldn’t be that long.
